利用規約
本規約は、OKEANOS GROUP（以下「当グループ」）が運営するウェブメディア「AERSEA（OKEANOS MAGAZINE）」（以下「本サイト」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サイトをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
01第1条（適用）
- 本規約は、本サイトの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
- 当グループが本サイト上で別途定める個別規定・注意書き等は、本規約の一部を構成します。
02第2条（コンテンツの著作権）
- 本サイトに掲載されている記事、写真、図版、ロゴ、デザインその他一切のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の権利は、当グループまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。特段の記載がない限り、これらの権利はOKEANOS GROUPに帰属するものとします。
- 取材対象者からご提供いただいた写真・音源等の権利は、それぞれの提供者に帰属します。
- 私的使用の範囲を超えて、無断で複製、転載、改変、再配布することはご遠慮ください。
03第3条（引用について）
- 出典として本サイト名および該当記事へのリンクを明示いただける場合、公正な慣行に基づく引用は歓迎します。
- 記事全文の転載、本文の大部分を占める引用、文脈を損なう形での抜粋はお断りします。
04第4条（禁止事項）
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 当グループ、取材対象者、その他第三者の権利・名誉・信用を侵害する行為
- 本サイトの運営を妨害する行為、サーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為
- 本サイトの情報を改変して、あたかも当グループの見解であるかのように公開する行為
- その他、当グループが不適切と判断する行為
05第5条（免責事項）
- 本サイトの掲載内容は、公開時点の情報に基づきます。その正確性・完全性・最新性について保証するものではありません。
- 本サイトの利用によって生じた損害について、当グループは責任を負いかねます。
- 本サイトから外部サイトへ移動した後の内容については、当グループは責任を負いません。
06第6条（取材・掲載について）
- 取材記事は、取材対象者にご確認いただいたうえで公開しています。
- 掲載内容について訂正のご要望がある場合は、取材時にやり取りした連絡先までご連絡ください。確認のうえ、必要に応じて速やかに対応します。
07第7条（規約の変更）
- 当グループは、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本サイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

- Copyright and all other rights in the articles, photographs, illustrations, logos, design and any other content on this site belong to us or to the rightful holder. Unless otherwise stated, these rights belong to OKEANOS GROUP.
- Rights in photographs and audio provided by interviewees remain with each provider.
- Please do not reproduce, republish, modify or redistribute this content beyond private use without permission.
033. Quotation
- Fair quotation is welcome, provided you credit this site by name and link to the article concerned.
- Reproducing a whole article, quoting the greater part of a text, or extracting passages in a way that distorts their context is not permitted.
044. Prohibited conduct
- Acts that violate the law or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, reputation or credit of us, our interviewees or any third party
- Interfering with the operation of the site or placing an excessive load on servers
- Altering material from this site and publishing it as though it were our position
- Any other conduct we judge to be inappropriate

- Interview articles are published after being checked with the interviewee.
- If you would like a correction, please get in touch through the contact you used during the interview. We will look into it and respond promptly where necessary.

- We may change these terms where we consider it necessary. Revised terms take effect when they are published on this site.
